Instruction:
Step 1: Unfold the party ball, fanning out the tissue paper.Ensure the ribbon is centered along the length of paper.
Step 2: Starting on one side of the pom-pom, separate one sheet of tissue paper and pull it up and towards the center. Repeat with remaining sheets until you have a full pom-pom.
Step 3: Finally, you can hang this where you like by the ribbon.
